Just worthless, there is no intercom or bell inside the room, most of the time no boys in the reception or in the first floor desk, today in the morning there was power cut found no one to call and operate the generator for 2-3 hrs there no power during the check out time I got only the sweeper called Oyo to give the phone number of the Manger Oyo authority escaped that, terrible experience would suggest no one to face the situation that I have already faced. As a prove I am uploading the picture of the reception.

They have improved by a vast margin indeed. I went there for lunch with my colleague. Ordered Fried rice and boneless chilly chicken. Food is really good in quantity and in taste as well. We ordered 2 plate Fried rice and 1 place boneless chilly chicken. Total cost was 385/- including a bottle of water. Must visit for quick lunch. Ambiance & location is also perfect.

I Would like to go for another walk well for the first time i though its costly but the way they presented was very good. Cleanliness was profoundly maintained and the dishes were good for healthy not oily. Overall it was a nice experience for hanging out & dinning out 😊

Dnt book this hotel because the manager have poor mentality and no 1 cheater at asansol i think..because we booked that hotel by online payment and when reach there manager said that we dnt receive online payment and told he will look on this case..after he flee away like a thief and did not came back.I wait there for 1 hr. So my recommendation for guest,if you guys want to help any poor people you can go there and give donation to them beacuse manager are really poor and to maintain his family condition he choose a wrong path like thefting.that all...

Today me and my wife along with my 4 year old kid visited the new Nilanjana restaurant just opposite of Asansol Bus stand. We order a chicken lollipops as starter, one pasta and one noodle. The manager confirmed the order twice. After waiting for 45 minutes when my kid started crying for food the manager said the starter is not available. Pathetic experience. The manager not even apologized. He do have a smile in his face. This the impression you want to give for a new restaurant. I dont suggest any one to visit...

Really bad service ... They are fooling the customers.. The menu consist of several continental items and if you order them then those are not like what you order for... And when you mention these then they say this is the only what you ordered . . Although we are fool we won't know what should it be it. And if there are different varieties of same item then they always give reason of order misplace nd they always place blame on you.. By saying that you placed order for this..
