A Disappointing Stay and Service Hiccups at Prabhu Udyan Resort. While the resort's grounds and rooms offered a decent backdrop for our vacation, the service experience was a bit of a letdown. The food service, in particular, seemed to have a mind of its own. Orders took an unexpectedly long time to arrive, leaving us feeling a bit peckish. And on one occasion, a minor miscommunication led to a missed breakfast. Room service also presented its own challenges. A simple request to connect the TV to the internet proved to be more complicated than anticipated. Despite these hiccups, the food itself was quite good, and the staff were always polite and accommodating. It's possible that understaffing or other unforeseen circumstances may have contributed to these issues. While we appreciate the resort's potential, our experience this time wasn't quite what we had hoped for.

I'd probably like to give it a 3.5. The good part is that it nice big and spacious, has good facilities for playing and the overall ambience is nice. Also, they do not serve alcohol (you can carry your own though) so the kind of crowd coming in is more families with kids and elders. The taste of the food served is fairly nice. An area that definitely needs improvement is the service... Breakfast and lunch service is pretty unorchestrated with people running all over and yet one having to ask for their items. We had requested for warm water which never turned up and the evening snacks though promised (french fries) never came. Also tea/coffee is served in miniscule paper cups and taste pretty bland. Finally, some of the water bodies could do with some maintenance. Overall good for a 1 day outing for a change. Photo credits - Friends of mine whom I went with.

We visited this resort during Durga Pujo. Great place for family or couples to relax and enjoy the view of nature. Rooms are moderately priced, with double, triple and four bedroom options. They also have a in-house restaurant which serves bengali cuisine, which is tasty. But the cost of Thali is pricey. The location is not so great, as it is difficult to commute. You need to reach Thakurpukur and then take an auto or bus which goes towards Bakhrahat. Get down at Rasapunja.

A Hidden Gem of Tranquility and Beauty

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Prabhu Udyan Farmstay with family and friends. And I must say, it was a refreshing experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in this enchanting place, I was captivated by nature's charm and beauty.

The location itself is nothing short of a hidden gem. Tucked away from the bustling city, Prabhu Udyan Farmstay offers a serene and peaceful environment that feels like a retreat from the daily grind. The surrounding landscapes are breathtaking, with lush greenery, stunning village style farm huts, and a sense of tranquility that is truly rejuvenating.

The facilities at Prabhu Udyan Farmstay are impeccable. The staff members were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic charm.

Food is something we bengalis savor and is an integral part of any experience. Everything is available as per season and is cooked with utmost love, hygiene and taste is finger licking.

In conclusion, Prabhu Udyan Farmstay is a place where you can disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with nature, yourself, and loved ones. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family retreat, or simply a chance to unwind in a breathtaking setting, it is the perfect destination. I can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in this little slice...

We visited this place for our Office Day-Out / Picnic. This farmhouse resort is a very earthy place and takes you close to the nature. Lots of greenery, spread over a huge area along with water bodies, emu bird, swans, and lots of lots of flowers. We had booked Aranyak cottage for our day-out which again has a very rural touch. Ample space for parking. Food served for breakfast was really good. Lunch was served in banana leaf which impressed us as that's what traditional bengali value is about.

Just one improvement point I'd mention - taste of the snacks served after breakfast (Chicken Pakora, Fish Finger) can be improved as Pakoras had bones and Fish Fingers were bit stiff and smelt weird. The chef can use a bit lighter coating for the fish finger which would make it softer.

We had a really nice day-out here. Recommended for anyone looking out for a cozy place with rural vibes. Price might seem a bit high but considering the maintenance of this huge place that can...

The resort is located on a large, green campus, with a lot of natural beauty. However, it was difficult for us to find out the exact location of the resort since its gate did not have its name mentioned. The rooms have a charming rural look, but they need better maintenance. The food was good and flavourful.

We stayed in a room called "Modhu Manjari," which had several issues. The bedsheets were not clean, and there was no cupboard or place to hang clothes. At night, we heard loud noises from the roof, which we later found out were caused by lemurs/civet cats (ভাম) , and large rats running there. These noises were very disturbing and made it hard to sleep. Unfortunately, the staff and managers did not warn us about this problem beforehand.

Overall, the resort's beautiful surroundings are enjoyable, but the room conditions and unexpected disturbances were...
