RONGO WHITE HOUSE STAY — Hotel in West Bengal

Location is good, Homestay is above average.

But the land lord is very unmannered and disrespectful, although staffs are very humble and co-operative.

Key features of the stay mentioned below.

They are very polite until you reach, You couldn't rely on their commitments what are the made before, You may face interruption in almost everything after visit, You might be asked to leave the stay in any point of time, You will get call multiple times after get to the rooms to go to asleep, and try to impose self made unethical rules forcefully...

...and you may experience yourself a refugee before check out timings if they have next bookings.

But the thing is..we have found an worst experience, and when it comes to giving a bad reviews, we have threatened by the owner as they post our private photos on web that they may have taken stealthily or by hidden cam.

There's a lot of minor cheap things to share but it was negligible in front of these above mentioned.

In short..that was a Hostel or any kind of Gurukul i stayed...

Without doubt one of the best Home stay, I stayed at! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Host, The staffs was extremely friendly, Bidhaan da was very humble and kind (appreciate this!) and the Cook deserves a special thanks. We had two great night there, which obviously also added up to the experience. Also the view from the Lobby is so beautiful.

The second day we did a sight seeing which was guided by Anil da himself (Host) , I truly enjoyed visiting various place around the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve in such a quiet and peaceful environment.

Note, this is not a hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. Highly recommended to visit ; a true sample of excellent...

I would not recommend anyone even my disliked persons to visit this place. Owner's behaviour towards guests is rude. His hospitality is good over the call but once you arrive and the evening sets in, his actual color surfaces. Staffs are far better comparatively. He should visit his nearby homestays within his village & learn from them.

• After my previous review as above* *Even on giving a actual (negative) review, he fabricates lies and threatened my friend to share our private pictures taken without our consent. Which is not only breach in our privacy and personal space but also a criminal offence. Which makes this palce more dangerous to stay. We are thinking to take legal steps now after his threatening call and ill...
