Super OYO Flagship Hotel Galaxy — Hotel in West Bengal

One of the worst oyo hotels, this is the second time i booked from Oyo and again i had to pay an extra 150 rupees. As they were not happy with the rate given by oyo. On arriving there when i asked the person sitting at the reception about my booking, he said you have to pay 150 bucks extra, on asking why do I have to pay an extra amount, he got furious and replied rudely cause my owners are not happy with the rate provided by the oyo. Then comes the review of the room, as you can see the cupboard in the room was broken, its door was kept aside, even the comode was broken, the tap with basin was broken, no blanet or extra sheets were provided, even the bed sheet was full of holes, complimentary soap or anything was provided, tv was not working. I had very worst experience in this. I have booked through OYO for 5 nights and In OYO they have given me price of rs 1200 per night, But when I reached hotel, they denied to give room and charged rs. 1500 per night.

The room was not at all value for money. the blankets, pillows and Towels are were dirty and asked them change everything but then also they have provided me the same thing. Attached the pics for reference.
