Super OYO Nandi Inn — Hotel in West Bengal

I have visited this hotel yesterday(15/05/2022) Here are some good and bad vibes about this hotel.

Good vibes-

1. Hotel staffs are couple friendly.
2. Location is easily accessible.
3. Very good transport connection.
4. Maintain privacy and security.

Bad vibes-

1. Room along with bedsheets, towel is not clean, and a foul-smell presence inside the room.
2. Room rate is very high compare to its ambience.
3. There is no mirror inside the room.
4. Television is also not in working mode.
5. Charges for food are very high compare to its quality.
6. Foods are not so tasty.
7. We ordered a beer bottle of MRP 120/- but they charged 220/-

BEWARE!!! As already mentioned by other travellers, these people don't honor the online booking. No matter how much you pay online, they will extort extra money upon arrival. They will not give any invoice for that extra money. The behaviour of the staff is very much rude. Once you pay the extra money, you won't get much support from OYO as well, though in my case Goibibo tried their best, but couldn't help me in this regard.

Overall worst experience with them after staying over 30 hotels all over India in the past 7 years. Kindly avoid this property. As far as OYO is concerned, they have little to none authority over these people and you are...

First of all the room price for single occupancy is high. Then I told the receptionist to give water bottles in the room but didn't respond. After one hour later when I again told them then they got it done. After this I ordered Fried rice at 9.30 pm but they brought the food to the room at 8.30 pm and forced me to take the food anyhow giving lame excuses like we close the door at 9.30 pm... Dont serve after 9 pm blah blah. Now coming to the food is more like steam rice nothing else. No...
