Remisha Service Apartments — Hotel in Zone 11 Valasaravakkam

I felt like a Lodge house, not an apartment. Water in the bathroom is bad, it comes in brown colour. Rooms are good and clean. Kitchen is also good.

Its difficult for the taxi drivers to locate the house as it is bit inside from main road.

On the second day afternoon, care taker boy rang the bell and informed me that he is smelling cigarette smoke at the apartment. I am not a cigarette smoker and I didn't smoke. He was raising his voice and arguing with me for smelling cigarette smoke and warned me that he will fine me for smoking in the house. I found no way to convince him. That discussion really spoiled my day. I said him I will surely put this in google review. Next day I got my advance amount back without any fine :)

I will not go to this place again....

I am a guest from London and work in the hospitality industry. Over the last six years of my visits, I have stayed in many places in South India. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst. The owner is involved in many unethical business practices and is a deceitful person. The boy working there is also bad, and they do not treat female guests well. Their goal is to steal your money.

Someone wrote in a review that this place is fraudulent. After my experience, I completely agree. I decided to try this place, and unfortunately, the negative reviews are accurate.

These people are truly fraudulent and unethical. Stay away from this place, or you might find yourself writing a review...

Had a worstu experience with remisha service especially with the care taker of that apartment...who is not fit to be in the role as he was drunk and had a heated argument with us...where he has requested us for a deposit of 2000 along with the apartment rent which was not even in the terms and conditions..when we said why we should pay that money he haven't given a proper reply and became arrogant with us which pathed way to leave the arena...this should be taken into house owner and he should take necessary action so that none of the customer should face the problem in near future.. especially their safety need to taken into account..ladies n those going with family be safe while going to...
