My husband and I stayed for 3 nights, we stayed in 3 different rooms. The first room's # 148 was A/C so they moved us after 3 hours of waiting to room #250 where we stayed for the 1st night. The next morning, room # 250's toilet could not flush, so after doing # 2, I had to wait for the plumber to fix the toilet then I could take a shower. Later on around 11pm, the A/C started spilling out water and suddenly it turned into a heater. The receptionist moved us to another room which was dirtier than room # 250, it was # 326 (2 flights down). We called to complain (yet again) and they moved us to room # 258 which is actually 2 doors from room # 250. I wonder why didn't they just moved us to room # 258 in the first place. ||||They gave us 20% discount for each night and apologised for the sub standard rooms. ||||Location wise, it is strategic and near the only 2 shopping centers in Lampung. ||||Breakfast and room service was not an enjoyable experience. ||||Room rate is around IDR 600 k, definitely...

Read moreHotel Marcopolo. This is an old and classic hotel in Bandar Lampung. Located in Jalan Dr. Susilo No. 4 Bandar Lampung. People come and stay in this hotel because of the historical value and memorable place. This hotel is near to the city center, the Government offices, the Governor's residence, and the shopping area. This is one of my favorite places to stay when I was visiting Bandar Lampung. You can have a panoramic view of the Bandar Lampung and the Lampung Bay from the hotel. I tried the breakfast menu of this hotel and no idea about the lunch nor dinner but overall the food is good. This place is good and it may need some renovations to invite more customers to come and maintain the historical experience of the...
