Tempatnya sangat strategis dan dekat dgn jalan utama. Dekat dgn restoran, RS, dan pom bensin. Highly rekomen karena mereka punya family room. Viem Sukarame dan sekitarnya jg terlihat bagus dan bbrp sudut balkon. Koreksi mungkin untuk ACnya yg kureng dingin dan flush toilet yg harus sering dicek. Selebihnya sudah oke dan sangat saya rekomendasikan sbg tempat stay saat berada di Kota Bandar Lampung utamanya untuk yg ingin stay di sekitar Sukarame - Sukabumi.

Untuk yang gak mau suasana hotel tempat ini pas banget dah, kalau fasilitas gak terlalu komplit tapi kalau buat istirahat saja sudah bagus, jalan kaki dikit ke depan ada makanan untuk sarapan pagi, lokasi di belakang RS Imanuel, lingkungan nyaman, perlu perawatan lagi untuk penginapan, ada semut yang suka menggoda kalau...
