Sebenarnya lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis hanya saja fasilitas dan layanannya bisa dibilang sangat buruk sekali. Kamar dengan pilihan pakai ac sangat bau, mulai dari ruangan dan terlebih tempat tidurnya yang bau apek. Tidak bersih (SPREI DAN SELIMUT TIDAK PERNAH DICUCI ini pengalaman saya karna NODA DARAH masih ADA DISELIMUY DAN SPREI. sampai sudah mengeras. Komplain ke petugas katanya nanti dibersihkan dan sampai saya keluar tidak diganti juga. BULU MATA PALSU DICERMIN awalnya saya gak percaya karna sebelumnya ada yg review hal yang sama dan bener saja ada bulu mata dan jangan² itu bulu mata yg pernah di ulas oleh pengunjung lain yg sampai sekrang tidak taunsudah dibersihkan atau tidak. Handuk sepertinya hanya dikeringkan saja tidak dicuci karna bau dan pas disentuh sangat kerasa bedanya. TIDAK DISEDIAKAN SARAPAN padahal menurut saya harganya sangat mahal bila dibandingkan dengan fasilitas yg ada. 6.Petugasnya tidak gesit dalam menangani keluhan.
