Hotel Ilos — Hotel in Bandung City

Few stars short of stellar…

This hotel missed the mark. The first room had blood-stained, dingy sheets — completely unacceptable. To their credit, the staff responded quickly and moved me to another room.

Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. While functional, it lacked cleanliness and care. The space needed a serious deep clean, and the wardrobe had an old, musty odor that made it unusable.

Towels? Worn thin and frayed — well past their prime.

Overall, I’d place this hotel at 2.5 stars. Not a disaster, but nowhere near what it could be with...

Ilos hotel is a nice hotel to transit or visiting bandung. Located near Pasteur exit toll. The superior room is on the second floor and its a smoking room. I upgraded the room so I can stay on the first floor and the room is newly renovated with new furniture interior. the breaksfast just okay. the things that i dont like is the bathroom. the water is either too hot or too cold, its hard to adjust into warm water. Good location, clean room & comfortable bed. I had a good night sleep there. I need to add that the food served for breakfast was not varied, but the taste was surprisingly delicious! Tips: You may find the hot shower as confusing. If the hot shower not coming out, you may need to try to aim the cold water tap first (push the tap to the right end) and then switch to the hot water (push the tap to the left end).
