Cheating with birthday promotion.

We had been loyally clients for 7 years. We visited this hotel many times. Last time service was very terrible. We never back.

We went to celebrate birthday of my wife. Called to hotel, book a beach house, highlight that it is birthday. They promised a free cake. We travel with 3 kids. When we arrive anA d ask an extra bed they asked us to pay extra. They refuse by their rules. Even for extra charge. Even after we explained that we could take a bigger room, but they dont have. Even after we explained that we are ok to squize since we are big family. Even when we explained one more time that kids can't stay in separate bungalow, because they are too young.

Receptionist told us if he give the extra bed he will be in trouble. Dear HOTEL MANAGER, it is not good idea to punish your stuff for making your guest happy. It a shame! However, maybe this hotel does not have any manager?

Last a cherry on the cake (( We found on the website tha in birthday month guests have a lot of benefit which we never got. The staff was aware of our birthday 2 weeks in advance and could offer that us. Keep silence. We have a flexible booking in advance, so we could easily rebook our stay with birthday promo if someone told us about that. The free birthday cake we have not recieved as requested, despite we reminded the stuff twice about that. They just forgot about our request. BTW the hotel was 80% epmty that days, because if monsoon season. All the time was a rain.

P.S. Dear marketing team, If you read reviews, which we doubt in, please no need to offer us some discounts for the next reservations. I highly doubt there will be...

a Little Treasure Island Nirwana Gardens Nirwana Beach Club Neydles House Banyu Biru Villa Kelong Seafood the 5 star beach is the best kept I have ever seen in my many many travels, on arrival, I was so happy to the beach as I am happier near nature, the beach is an alcove, both ends with nature trees and a bayan tree, the waters are crystal clear, and the sand is pristine, I didn't want to leave at all, I felt I found a little hidden paradise, the rooms are very comfy also, and facing the beach, I love sleeping awakening to to the waves rather than traffic or construction or noisy music, opening the door to walk directly on the beach is my dream, I loved it, night time is wondaful too, every star is visible in the clear dark blue skies, I was out in the hammock with a G&T, just taking in all this nature around me, (probably due to been locked down for 2 yrs) many choices of water sports land sports and many restaurants around, the staff are a big family who've worked together 10 20 yrs and was nice to be one of the 1st customers back there, and chat to them all, they're all so happy to get customers back, to keep them occupied busy, specialty in the restaurant for me also was a bonus, Indian foods, wow, and its real as it gets, amazed I found this place, yes I will be a regular, yes I love the curry's sunshine the beach the room and the staff, I wish the prices to remain reasonable, so I can come back often, I did find it expensive in foods beverages, and water sports, but it was a treat, and cant wait to get back soon to the nice staff and that amazing...

Wouldn't say it's bang for the buck (suite cost per night is above SGD400 for a non-peak weekend), but there is a sense of exclusivity at this part of the greater Nirwana resort where there are limited occupants compared to the resort hotel. We were a big group and seemingly represented half of the visitors for that weekend based on breakfast diners and even more so for the stretch of beach, which felt as if we had our very own private beach. The suites/chalets were decent. More functional than luxurious (no bathtubs). The deck is pretty unusable as it is both east and west facing, so it gets too hot from 7am to near 11am and 2pm to 6pm. On the flipside, the swimmers get dry really quickly on the available rack, and the facing means the inside of the suites don't unbearably bright during sunrise and sunset.

Been to this resort ever since I was a child but it is very very well maintained. We even stayed in the same villa we did a few years ago and everything still looks and feels new. The villas are beautiful and just a stone's throw away from the beach. It offers such beautiful serenity and ambience, perfect for instagram shots. Service has always been pleasant and the breakfast spread is not to be missed. Perhaps the only change we found a little unsettling was using only IDR as they used to accept SGD currency as well. The prices at the Spice Restaurant for a standard meal for 5 was quite expensive which I believe is due to the conversion rate. But all in all, Mayang Sari remains as a beautiful and memorable place in our hearts over the years.

A hidden gem 💎 If you're looking for a quick & quiet getaway from the hustle & bustle of Singapore, then this is a great option! With a private beach and clear blue water, it's a great spot to unwind. The service was great and the food is also very good 👍 Although it's a slightly older resort, the overall facilities have been kept in really good condition for their age. The staff are always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. So don't be shy to say hello, give them a smile or a wave 👋, and ask how their day is going. We recommend this place for sure 👌
