wether for Business or Pleasure this hotel is FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY.||||my first impression when i saw it on Hotels.com was right on the money.||||when i arrived i was happy to see such a nice modern, very clean, Hotel.||front desk staff was very polite and the restaurant was excellent.||||i was treated very nice by the entire staff Especially Deddy. ||my room was very clean, AC was great, Bathroom was good.||||every time i turned around there was someone cleaning something, even the outside button for the elevators.. the floors are spotless, elevator immaculate. one of cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in.||||when i return to Berau this will certainly be the place...

Really bad service. We got room 321, aircond not working. Called the technician, we left the room for 2 hours, when we got back at 23:00 pm, aircond still high temp, floor dirt because of the worker shoes. Complaint to manager, easily said just hang in there for a night. With hard complain, get switch to another room. Just went i thought we can rest in new room, door is open from outside, OMG. Without knock or ring the bell, a male maid try to enter our room and said he was told to check the room. This will be the last time for us to stay...

Rooms are nice and spacious, and the cleanliness level is acceptable. Amenities are refilled everyday. I also love that the noise level is kept relatively low, and the quiet night provides a pleasant sleep experience. However, the hot water is not hot enough and the maximum heat setting only provides lukewarm water. The gym is also not maintained properly and is in a bad condition.
