Jelita Tanjung Hotel — Hotel in Borneo

Moderate hotel at Tanjung. Actually there is only 2 hotel in Tanjung, and this one considered as budget hotel (lower price with lower quality). The only positive point in this hotel is the room rate already include breakfast and dinner. So if you have very limited budget during your trip to Tanjung, this is the best choice. The menu is very very limited, especially for dinner, but the taste was not bad. However there some many problem like noisy air conditioner, hot water problem, used cup did not replace with clean one, coffee/tea complimentary not refilled on the next day, and some of furniture already covered with mold (the room feel and smell dampish). I'm quite often stay in this hotel. I thought 3 stars is too much, Jelita Tanjung more similar to 2 stars or hostel. TV channel is poor, very-very standard breakfast, and room quality is less than dormitory. But in Tanjung you don't have many choice to stay. Positive points for this hotel is location, in the main street of Tanjung, easy to reach and well known. And free wifi for your gadget, just ask the receptionist for user name and password. The occupants of this hotel mostly related to a big mining company...

Three stars but not fill like three stars hotel, I have 2 time in this hotel, Location is nice in the main street of Tanjung, The hotel rate including breakfast and dinner, is best because in this small town like Tanjung is difficult to get dinner out side hotel, superior room was quite nice and comfort but if you chose standard room is really bad, standard room only with bed , shower room , cup board and small old model TV, TV channel is poor, Even no glass or welcome drink, And the WIFi can not reach...
