The font and colour used are typical Indonesian village usage. the cottages are beautiful with modern style. the place is clean. the swing need to be cleaned though. and since it was not made with average Indonesia measurement, I found it a bit unconfortable. the swimming pool is extra ordinary excellent cleaned. the pet collection are great too. too bad the ATV facility hasn't been fixed. and we do curious about the labyrinth but could held up the courage just yet, hahaha. the room also neat, but somehow my son spotted bee hives inside it that he got this idea of probable sting while he slept. well. too much cartoon for my boy there. the staff is quite helpful. it's just quite confusing how the staff supposedly handle all the guest coming (when they do have full capacity), and handle them all only by WA message? there's no phone available that is picked up by another human being on the other side of the number (which I still value...

There was other guests next to our villa who came in a large group and brought their own loudspeaker. They put on loud music with the speaker in the terrace FACING OUT to the swimming pool. We complained to the management but they responded very slowly. On the next day, the group started karaoke first thing in the morning. We tried to complain again but the office was closed and the staffs asked us TO WAIT until the manager came. After several times of complaining to some staffs, they finally sent security to the annoying guests. It was a very annoying situation, and the slow and poor response was making us furious. The weekend was ruined and we couldn't fully enjoy it. Can't praise the food also. Watery juice, breakfast was very standard, and tasteless. The area of outbound was to close to sidewalks/footpath. So if you're not careful, you might get splashed...

Saya menginap 2 hari 1 malam, Villa ke-1 jml anggota keluarga adalah 7 dewasa + 8 anak2, harga villa waktu itu 1.3jt, 2 kamar + 2 ruang tamu, 2 lantai dan ville ke-2, 2 dewasa + 2 anak2, hrga 1jt, 1 kamar + 1 ruang tamu , yang bikin kecewa adalah Ketika hujan bocor parah Ada biaya tambahan utk berenang, villa yg sy sewa hanya dpt jatah 4 orng, dan itu cm 1x berenang, bila 10 orng berenang d hr pertama, mk hrs nambah bayar utk 6 orng x 20rb = 120rb, jk hr kedua ada 9 orng berenang mk hrs nambah bayar 9 x 20rb = 180rb, so total yg hrs sy bayar adalah 300rb utk berenang tok, br x ni hotel semaruk ini, masak berenang d luar biaya menginap, liciknya itu d tagih ketika check out. Licik ke-2: Wkt sy survei security blng klo sdh menginap silahkan aja berenang gk ada biaya2 lg, Licik ke-3 Kt resepsionis ada tiket/yg jaga utk mnta tiket, tp ternyata gk ada yg jaga, rupanya ttp d catet, tp d tagih pd saat check out, oh my god ank kecil / bocah klo liet kolem renang kn seneng bgt bolak balik, kt nginep d villa kn biar bocah2 pd bs main air sepuasnya, biasanya jg gt kok Lalin disini siang hr nya padat merayap parahh Akses jalan pas2an, mending puncak sekalian Ada biaya parkir/d tarif Intinya semua nya serba d tarifin, villa paling aneh selama ini yg sy tau, breakfast jg gk layak rasanya, nasi goreng gk jelas + telor, gk worth lah, d total2, mending kami cri villa lain, ckup tau n ckup...
