Selayang Enau — Hotel in Cigombong

We stayed one night at the of Mei. Here are positive & things to be improved based on our experience ; a good service, fast response (gave us google maps soon as we booked trough OTA) room were spacious & smells good (they put room diffuser in both bedroom & bathroom) nice scent, like it! there were qibla direction for moslem our room at the lowest level so not much to see from balcony, so make sure you choose higher level room to get full view. since there no carpet please provide slippers, some people can’t stand on cold floor. please change the blanket for extra bed, its too old i think, because it leaving fabric shard on my hubby’s pant and its hard to removed :’( bathroom quite spacious, all were in good maintenance & equipment. But you have to pay for bath bomb if you want to experience bubble bath. towels a bit dusty smell, should be checked periodically. there were coffee tea sugar for compliment as for the snacks & drink in fridge you should pay for it no breakfast, meals can order from cafe you can order online food under 7 pm, later than that will be rejected, due the access to the vila us, we have dinner outside the vila, we went to Salacca cafe the vila is not difabel (disability person) friendly, access to room through ladders pool quite small with minimum equipment small receptionist in cafe/waiting area with minimum design & equipment. There was no refreshment/welcome drink. Since they have Nira Tree’s it could be very nice if can always provide Coffee with Aren for guest to buy. Making the cafe more live would be better. no children’s playground but they have some activities...

Keren banget... Boleh menjadi pilihan tempat healing-healing keluar dari penatnya Jakarta dan tidak mau macet-macetan di jalur Cisarua Puncak karena lokasinya melalui tol Bocimi.

Ikuti petunjuk arah dari staff hotel (di whatsup sehari sebelum berangkat agar tidak melalui jalan desa yang lebih sempit lagi). Ini pun disarankan setelah melewati Indomart Pasirjaya, pastikan pengendara mobil yang sudah mahir dan sabar karena melalui banyak kelokan tajam menanjak dan menurun dengan banyak motor. Route lain konon yang disarankan mbah gugel kurang bersahabat. Pakai route bertahap di maps setelah keluar gate tol Cigombong: STA Cigombong Indomart Pasirjaya Musala Al Huda Selayang Enau Di 200 m terakhir jalanan memang agak rusak, cukup lebih berhati-hati.

Sesaat memasuki tempat parkir dan receptionist sekaligus cafe, suasana nyaman disuguhkan dengan pemandangan indah ke arah lembah dan Gunung Paranggo di kejauhan dengan udara cukup sejuk.

Untuk yang membawa orangtua disarankan ambil villa M1 (2BR) atau S1 (1BR) agar tidak terlalu jauh turun tangga). Ada 5 villa (2 BR - 2 unit, studio 1 BR - 3 unit).

Kami memilih S3 yang paling bawah dengan balkon menghadap Gunung Paranggo (sayangnya agak tertutup pohon pisang tinggi). Kamar cukup luas dengan warna dinding kuning coklat seperti enau yang memang sebelum menjadi resort tempat ini berupa kebun enau. Fasilitas dalam kamar cukup lengkap dengan ranjang yang nyaman, bedsheet dan bedcover, pillow dan handuk yang bersih wangi dan lembut. Kamar mandi dilengkapi bath tub dipinggir jendela sehingga kita bisa berendam sambil menikmati pemandangan di luar...

Kolam renang meski kecil cukup nyaman untuk digunakan dengan pemandangan indah ke arah lembah dan gunung.

Disediakan camilan di dalam kamar (berbayar) dan cafe dengan waktu order terakhir pukul 19.00. Mungkin yang bisa ditingkatkan di sini rasa makanannya saja yang memang disiapkan bukan oleh koki.

Beberapa pohon enau tetap ditinggalkan dan digunakan. Jangan lupa coba kopi gula aren di cafe yang arennya diambil dari pohon sendiri... Mungkin bisa disediakan menu2 lain dengan enau based sesuai nama tempat sebagai salah satu diferensiasi dengan...
