The room was whatever, the bathroom stinks, the AC was barely on, the tv not turning on was a special feature, btw. Very laughable that the receptionist said I cannot book online (there was a considerable amount of price difference) because they're full, then gave me probably the worst room. AFTER I paid the receptionist said a bunch of amenities can't be used. The shower head holder is missing????? Okay, now that's just pushing it. It is dirty, not even cleaned before check in, not maintained. the toilet are disaster, the bed looks like its falling off. There are ants on the bed and table, the receptionist didnāt know anything. A no star hotel on mount sibayak out of nowhere is better than this. I dont want to put pictures of the toilet because it is too bad and disgusting. The floor is dirty. The pillow and bedsheets are so smelly we couldnāt sleep. There is a no refund policy and the rooms are full so we are left with no options.

Tp bukan berarti makin ngelunjak juga, tiap nginap pasti ada aja fasilitas yg rusak, tv lah, kamar mandi bau la, dll. Karyawan pun tidak ramah, mana pelayanan anda???? Nah siang ini check in kan ya, bisa" nya karyawan bilang dengan santai kalo OYO INI TUTUP dan dia ngotot kalo semalam uda info kan semalam kalo OYO EMG TUTUP!! Pdhl jelas" semalam yg ngelayani saya saja bukan dia tp dia sok tau!!!! Kalo saya tau oyo tutup hari ini untuk apa saya booking lagi di malam hari nya heh karyawan kurang sopan santun. Kau digaji untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik, dan kami berhak mendapatkan pelayanan itu ya!!! Selama ini kekurangan kalian saya terima aja, tp untuk kali ini mmg gabisa lagi dan SAYA TIDAK AKAN MAU LAGI NGINAP DISINI, ENOUGH UTK LANGGANAN KE OYO PAPAKOEL!!!
