Prada Apartment — Hotel in Denpasar Selatan

This apartment is very nice inside and out, for the price, but the service I faced was the worst in Bali. Staff couldn't care less about the guests, all they want is sit on their phones and when you come with a minor request they either send you away with an bothered face or ask money to do things that are included even in the cheapest apartment. And how about Prada construction site, not the nearby one but the one on the apartment territory: you'd think they would be concerned about the guests and bang in the non-early hours but the schedule is 8am-10 am and I'm not joking. i have been here almost 1year and 6 months, can't compare to other place that has same price, this apartment suits for people who really wants to stay long period||||big garage for 5 cars, good air con, nice room, ||free water||||the only one i hate is the bill for the electricity is to far to expensive, so if you turn on your AC make sure not too long, unless you only stay for one night||||overall it's a good...

Pelayanan mengecewakan sekali. Water supply MATI sejak semalam jam 22.00 & sampai saat ini jam 09.00 tidak ada perbaikan. Sama sekali tidak ada staf yg stand by utk dimintai tolong.
