Mirroliz Pelangi Cottage — Hotel in East Kalimantan

Mirroliz Pelangi might not be the newest or most fanciful resort in Derawan island, but it certainly is the most colourful of all of them, and the landlord Zinudine is a charming, welcoming host who will do his best to fulfill your desires. The rooms have recently been repainted and renovated and all have a television, fridge and AC and are comfy and cosy, but of course you can spot signs of ageing material here and there.

Breakfast (rice with fish or chicken) is included in the room price, and coffee and tea is freely available at any time of the day.

In August 2023, Derawan still receives a very low number of visitors, so we had the resort more or less to ourselves, but even with more guests, Mirroliz Pelangi has many cottages and you should feel at home and relaxed as we did.

Plus, Zinudine is more arranging than other resorts with the room price if you stay on a longer period, so I would recommend this resort as your first choice in Derawan island, also because its convenient vicinity to the jetty for the public boat from/to Tarakan...

This cottage has many good and beautiful room with large and comfort bed, good AC and TV, clean toilet, many staff to help, buffet restaurant, and instagramable spot. The owner offered me a low budget for group traveler when we met during my trip to Derawan. In fact when my friends went there, they were charged more and more money than the based cost the owner's offered. Check the cars, boat, spot you will visit, food, drink, room etc in agreement. Its sad that my friends trepped in this horrible situation....

mantapppp diantara penginapan yan lain, penginapan ini paling berwarna. jadi senang aja liatnya seger gituu. ditambah dengan posisinya yang menhadap laut jadi makin tambah mantap jiwaa. trus juga susunan kamar kamarnya rapih banget. kaya rumah mini gituuu. tapi walaupun mini yakk menurutku lengkap ajasih fasilitasnya. kamar mand dalam ada. cuma mungkin sedikt kecil ajaa hehe agak susah kalo buat yang badannya gedee. trus fasilitas lain ada tipi kasur lengkap dengan sepreinya otomatis. sama selimut. trus colokan listik juga ada. kipas ada ac juga ada. mantappp kaaaaaan. the best pokonya mahh lagi lagi deh kalo kesini. oiya jarak dari tempat turun kapal juga sangattt dekat. makin makin...
