RedDoorz near Graha Cijantung Mall — Hotel in Jakarta

Penipuan, Saya akan tulis review 3 bahasa (English, Indonesia, Français) agar turis asing tidak tertipu. English I am an Indonesian, live in France. I was visiting my friend who lives near Cijantung, East Jakarta. I have booked a room in this property and mentioned that I will check in at midnight because my flight from France will be landed around midnight. When I arrived at the property, they said they never received my booking, and they were full book at the moment. They force me to look for a new hotel by myself, without an internet connection, in the middle of the night (thank you Indonesian custom for blocking my phone to have internet access). They were not helping me at all. Even though they said they never received my booking, after a few days (when I was no longer in Jakarta) I received a notification from my credit card that the property claimed an amount of money for my (not) staying. If they never received my booking, how could they know about my credit card number? They are just kind to local guests that might come back to their property again. And they take advantage of foreign guests that might just visit their property one time. Do not fall into this scam, be careful of your choice if you don't want to end up dragging your luggage in the middle of the night, wondering if there is any other hotel around. Français Je suis un indonésien, j'habite à Marseille. Je rendais visite à un ami qui habite près de Cijantung, à l'est de Jakarta. J'ai réservé une chambre dans cet établissement et mentionné que je m'enregistrerai à minuit car mon vol depuis la France atterrira vers minuit. Quand je suis arrivé à la propriété, ils ont dit qu'ils n'avaient jamais reçu ma réservation et qu'ils étaient complets pour le moment. Ils m'obligent à chercher un nouvel hôtel par moi-même, sans connexion internet, en pleine nuit (merci la coutume indonésienne de bloquer mon téléphone pour avoir accès à internet). Ils ne m'aidaient pas du tout. Même s'ils ont dit qu'ils n'avaient jamais reçu ma réservation, après quelques jours (quand je n'étais plus à Jakarta), j'ai reçu une notification de ma carte bancaire indiquant que la propriété réclamait une somme d'argent pour mon (non) rester cet établissement. est S'ils n'ont jamais reçu ma réservation, comment pourraient-ils connaître mon numéro de carte de crédit ? Ils sont simplement gentils avec les clients locaux qui pourraient revenir dans leur propriété. Et ils profitent des invités étrangers qui pourraient ne visiter leur propriété qu'une seule fois. Ne tombez pas dans cette arnaque, faites attention à votre choix si vous ne voulez pas finir par traîner vos bagages en pleine nuit en vous demandant s'il y a un autre hôtel aux alentours. Mereka berpikir saya cuma turis prancis yang bisa ditipu. Saya sudah memberikan request khusus untuk check in terlambat sekitar tengah malam karena pesawat saya mendarat jam 21.00 di bandara Soeta. Setelah saya sampai di tempat, gerbang terkunci, tidak ada yang jaga. Saya harus teriak di depan gerbang selama satu jam sampai ada penjaga datang. Mereka berpikir, paling turis asing bakal pergi kalau pintu gerbangnya terkunci. Setelah itu penjaga bilang kalau tempatnya penuh dan tidak pernah mendapat booking saya. Mereka angkat tangan dan nyuruh saya cari hotel sendiri. Saya sudah memohon untuk menunggu di loby atau mendapat akses internet sesaat untuk cari hotel baru (Karena beacukai, regitrasi imei HP butuh beberapa hari, jadi tidak ada internet). Namun mereka tidak mau membantu sama sekali dan menyuruh saya cari hotel sendiri di jalan jakarta, dengan kondisi tengah malam dengan menggeret koper besar. Sungguh sangat tidak berhati. Beberapa hari kemudian (setelah saya ada di Padang) saya dapat pemberitahuan dari kartu kredit kalau ada pembayaran ke RedDoorz. Kalau booking saya tidak pernah sampai ke mereka, Bagaimana mereka tahu info CC saya yang dari prancis? Hati hati dengan...

Ini tempat sangat rekomendasi. Harganya sangat terjangkau dengan fasilitas yang mumpuni. Saya tidur disini total 6 malam. Keluhan saya cuman air untuk mandi menurut saya kecil. Ditempat ini juga tersedia wifi. Wifinya jos bos, dipake main game mobile legend ping stabil di 7-13. Untuk penjaga sangkin lamanya saya disini dan mereka sangat ramah saya jadi sampe akrab wkwk. Akses menuju tempat makan didepan gang sangat banyak, bahkan ada mini market alf@m@ret, semua ini bisa ditempuh dengan jalan kaki saja. Malam hari juga tidak ngerasa seram ataupun intimidatif karena cenderung ramai dan banyak pedagang kaki lima hingga subuh, karena mungkin dekat dengan stasiun bus. Transportasi melimpah, bahkan saya sampe masuk IGD RS Pasar Rebo, jadi kalo ada kenapa2 rumah sakit pemerintah juga dekat. SANGAT REKOMENDASI SEKALI BOS. Terimakasih reddorz menyediakan akomodasi...
