Urbanview Hotel Raja Jambi — Hotel in Jambi

I could give 4 stars, but let me explain. Well, room is big and has good wi-fi connection, for cleanliness I give 3/5. For beathroom cleanliness I give 2/5, because there was no shampoo and soap and has bad smell eventhough not that smelly also there was some hair on the floor. But on the morning about 10:30 AM, while my brother was sleeping and I was taking a bath, cleaning services came to my room and they said they had to clean my room, but actually we know that cleaning services came to the room if we ask them to clean our room or after we checked out from the room, and one more weird thing is they took our access card to our room. Well I could think negatively, they wanted to trick us, so we thought that we are guilty for the lost access card and they could take more fee from us for losing our access card. I hope they fix their services and cleanliness....

I would not recommend anyone to this hotel. 1 of the worst hotel. Actually its a having nice infrastructyre, big rooms etc. But cleanliness ZERO, in red roomz advertise spotless linen it is a big lie. No proper maintenance. No clean at all. Mosquitos, cockroaches everyehere. No good aircon, no good internet. Even no water at toilets for hours. So ugly matress and toweks...its a horrible experience. I g8ven 1 star because its mandatory. Actually No star or minus 5 star should have given. Oyo, red doorz pls go and check b4 you guys recommending it. At last no safety, 1 room key card can open...

When I travel from Jambi to Semarang with my wife and my family. Our plane was canceled and we don't know any hotel in Jambi to stay or book. Then I use ticket.com to book the rooms for my family including a baby. The staff is nice and give us smiles. The room is clean and affordable for 2 stars hotel. We get free breakfast and transportation from and to airport. But not to bus terminal. You can stay at the same day when you booking online so very helpful when your flight canceled.
