We stayed in their 2 bedroom apartment on 3rd floor. No Elevator available. My 70 year old aunt had to climb the stairs to the third floor (up and down all day) when we go out to eat or shop, etc. Not elder friendly at all. Room smells old and dusty. Shower/ Bathroom is so small and not user friendly. Toilet position is cramped next to a wall, you have to sit sideways. This facility is so out dated and it is definitely need a face lift. Front desk staff are not helpful when asked for the nearby food places or souvenir shops for batik products. Breakfast is very limited to few items. No slippers provided in the room. The room I had was very nice, but there are two things that weren't as they should have: there was a mold stain on the bathroom ceiling they arranged packed breakfast given our early start.
