Very homy and cozy. The restaurant is separated from the hotel. The restaurant is located on the main road citepus, and the hotel is on the padi field and can be reach by walking from the back of the restaurant door. The food is very good. Nasi goreng or fried rice is excellent. Different from common nasi goreng, but good. The pasta is quite okay also. We also tried Cumi asam manis (sweet and sour squid) which had pineapple chunk in it, also delicious. The caesar salad is also yummy. Unfortunately we couldn't try the pizza because it only be served on saturdays and sundays. People say the pizza is enak also. The layout of the resto is semi outdopr concept. They also have wooden fireplace to bake the pizza. They have a bookful cupboard and many game equipment: bilyard pool, table tennis, table soccer, scrabble, chess, dart etc. They have surf board rental and motorcycle rental and also a small gift shop. The owner and the staff are...
Read moreThe title says it all. It is by far my favorite accommodation as I have stayed there almost every time I went surfing. The rooms and villas (Saung as they say it locally) is located in the middle of padi fields. Imagine waking up with greens in you front yard. Go surfing in the morning and chill on mid-day and go out surfing again in the afternoon.||||The entrance to the nearest break is just right next door, 5-7 minutes walk. They also have a restaurant at the lobby, serving local and western food. If you visit on weekends, they have their weekend wooden fired pizza. And another favorite of mine is their Kangkung Hot Plate.||||Most of the accommodation there have a kitchens, so you can cook as well. The staff are also very nice, making it hard not to comeback as it feels like a home away from home. Most recommended accommodation...
Read moreThe price of room is affordable and clean. The view is very nice, surrounded by paddy field. The owner and staffs are very nice. Good service. I would like to give 5 stars if the water in my shower room runs smoothly, only few amount water are coming out from it. They lent me big bucket to hold the water. Need time to fill up the bucket. The distance from front office is about 200 meters (saung no.6), there is no room phone, so either you have to go by walk or you use your own cell phone to contact them. In the morning, there is no one in the front office until 9am. If you need something to eat before 9am, there are food hawkers near by the road outside hotel; Nasi kuning (turmeric coconut steam rice, chicken rice porridge/congee). Try their wood fire Pizza available from 5-8 pm,...
