DreamLand Hotel & Lounge Bondowoso — Hotel in Java

I travelled with my family to Bondowoso and arrived at this hotel in the evening. I was welcomed kindly. |The next day, my wife wanted to borrow a spoon to take her child's medicine by contacting the reception. The request was honoured but after a long wait it did not come. The next day, my wife was asked why there was only one coffee stirring spoon left. Even though from the beginning there was only one even though there were two cups.|When checking out, I was also a bit surprised because there was a slight chocolate stain on the bed, which was charged 100,000 rupiah. Probably because my child ate chocolate. Actually not because of the nominal but usually things like that are usually not charged in other hotels that I have visited. One of the worst hotels in Indonesia we've been in so far. Only stayed here because we're on a combo package for Mt. Bromo and Mt. Ijen and it was part of the package. Since we're starting at midnight, we decided to get some hours of sleep in before that but there were not only children screaming high hell throughout the facility but also a birthday party which blasted absurdly loud music. Ambil kamar ekonomi buat makeupin acara di citi plaza, kamarnya lumayan luas untuk rate harga paling rendah. Pengalaman ngerias klien di hotel berbintang lain bondowoso, kamar yg rate harga terendah ga seluas ini. Di sini ngerias dua model dgn dua MUA masi lega bgt. Kamar mandi meskipun bentuknya bukan yg mewah, tapi krn baru jd masi baguss, bersih, air hangat berfungsi dgn baik. Sprei bersih. Plusnya lagi bisa early cek in pagi dari jauh hari.

Minusnya ga ada lift atau pegawai yg bantuin angkut barang ke atas. Terus kamarnya ga kedap suaraaa baik antar kamar ataupun keluar, mungkin krn yg atas kls ekonomi kali ya jd temboknya g kedap bgt?? Kamar sebelah ada yg melakukan hub suami istri suaranya kenceng bgt sampe agak teriak astagaa, bahkan mereka lagi bisik2 pun kedengeran ke kamarku. Takut pegawai ngira suaraku dan suami, akhirnya tengah mlm suamiku keluar buat ngerokok smbil ngode ngasih suara buka tutup pintu, eh mereka ga denger suara pintu kamarku tuh. Trs ngide angkat dan geret kursi lumayan kenceng buat ngode kamar sebelah, pas mereka uda hening aku sm suami ngobrol2 buat ngode ini kamar g kedap suara sm sekalii, trs akhirnya mereka nyalain TV lumayan kenceng 🤣🤣 Pertama kali punya pengalaman denger suara kaya gtu di hotel, biasanya mentok2 di hotel lain cm denger suara kursi di geser atau barang yg natap ke tembok.
