Hotel Butik Cafe & Resto Pesona Osing — Hotel in Java

I went to this restaurant to have a dinner. The seating area is big enough that you can choose whether outdoor or indoor. My group choose the outdoor seating with wooden style (saung).

The menu has variety of savory and sweet. I chose duck menu with special osing style serving. They said the dish has soup and spicy. I specially focus not on the taste but serving time really took time. As drinks and other snacks came later close as main serving.

The dish was unique that all duck fat was rendered in the soup in a good combination of spicy hot pepper. The meats can be easily pulled from the bones but with mainly sweet flavour was not suitable for my taste. From the looks, i remembered and imagined if there is sourness like garang asem would be perfect. The drink also a bit rough way, i ordered ginger milk that i didnt mind the milk but the gingers were chopped in big cut. I couldnt get the spices from the ginger but only to bite the ginger (it is best to serve it like crushed smoothly or blend it in the machine).

Overall, the view and the nuance may give people a sense of comfortable and enjoy spending there. I hope some improvement though in the menu and...

Overall, this place is very unique as it combines a hotel and a plantation, and it is indeed very comfortable with affordable prices. We highly recommend it if you plan to explore around Genteng and its surroundings. Give it a try!

Kamar nya cukup nyaman dengan Doble bed yg luas. Kamar mandi bagus nyaman. Hati2 saja lantai licin. Lengkap dgn aminities, air mineral, coffee dan b'fast. Lokasi lumayan jauh tapi mudah menemukannya. Area sekitar asri krna bnyak tanaman tp syg pas kesini sdg renovasi di bbrp area hotel. Jadi agak kotor dan bising.

Satu hal yg perlu dinotice di mbak receptionistnya. Perlu dibriefing dan dilatih hospitality kembali. Sgt tdk ramah. Pada saat dtg mbaknya berdiri disamping meja reservasi. Saat Sy minta info kamar, potongan price list kamarnya tidak diserahkan/ditunjukkan ke saya dgn benar. Menunjuk price list dgn kode/gesture kepala mbaknya yg mengarah ke price list. Ok lah, masih sabar.

Pada saat menunjukkan room, Sy maunya ada 2 kamar yg ditunjukan agar bisa compare. Tapi terkesan ogah. Dgn menyampaikan bahwa kamarnya sama aja. Disini Sy mulai agak ngegass dan kekeh minta ditunjukkan kamar lainnya. Dan benar kamar yg lainnya yg Sy pilih, Krn langsung klik nyaman dan view-nya lebih baik dari kamar pertama yg ditunjukkan.
