Hotel Papillon Purwokerto — Hotel in Java

Simple outlook. Easy check in although I don't like the idea to leave my ID card there. It's better to charge money deposit to the customer than hold the ID card since it's important.||Soto ayam for breakfast was nice, thick soup with rich flavor.||Hot water worked. Room was a bit smelly like rat pee. It's better to periodically clean the under bed space. Room was very spacious. Bathroom is spacious too but the towel was quite thin.||||About the area, it is bit far from the central, and you have to book a taxi, instead of Ojek which is for me more practical. This budget hotel is the one that you can get for a bargain. Do not under estimate its low price rooms as it offers all of its facilities and services effectively and efficiently in a nice way.

The room and the bathroom are not what you can normally expect from such a price; hence, they are above expectation...!!

The staff are also nice and helpful. Welldone everybody there. Keep up the good...

Saya booking dengan salah satu provider booking hotel online dan saya sudah note dengan jelas kalau saya akan cek in jam 3 pagi.

Tanpa ada konfirmasi kamar yang telah saya pesan diberikan ke orang lain dan saya dipindahkan ke hotel lain. Jam 3 pagi dengan kondisi lelah dan gak bawa mobil, mau gak mau saya ambil.

Saya diantar pakai motor oleh petugas hotelnya dan tetnyata hotelnya tua dan kusam.

Saya diantar ke kamar dengan kamar yg tidak ada air panasnya yang harganya saya tannya hanya 200rb, padahal saya booking dengan harga 285rb.

Saya complain dan minta diganti, akhirnya mereka ganti dengan kamar yg lebih bagus, sedikit.

Tapi itu semua jadi menyita waktu dan tenaga untuk complain, padahal seharusnya saya sdh bisa istirahat.

Seharusnya mereka batalkan pemesanan saya langsung kalau memang gk mau terima saya, jadi saya bisa pesan hotel lain yg lebih baik. Atau tlp saya untuk konfirmasi, kan jelas ada no hp saya...
