Check in : I had booked 2 rooms, but the check-in staff was providing one room because we were 4 travelers and they provide bedding for 4 persons in each room. After clarification they provided the second room. The booking was done through Agoda and paid for in advance, with prior intimation to them. They should have known that the booking was for 2 rooms. Moreover, we did late check-in after 9 PM so they had enough time to receive the information from Agoda.
Room : The list is as under - Wash basin tap not working properly in one of the rooms. Hardly any water there. Upon informing the house keeping they informed with folded hands that nothing much could be done about it. No intercom in the room. No kettle in the room. Water heaters in both rooms not working till morning. Supposedly the attendant who provided the rooms forgot to start the water heaters. We had to call the house keeping from reception in the morning to get them started. Outside temperature was 17 Degrees Celsius. After starting the water heater also it could not dispense hot water continuously. Four glasses provided in the room and all dirty. Blanket with cigarette holes. No tea / coffee in the room. Just 4 small bottles of packaged water. Bed sheets and pillow covers not clean. Rusted cloth / towel drying rack in both rooms. Plumbing pipes leaking in the toilet. No Wifi in the rooms. There is no AC or Fan provided in the room.
Breakfast : Breakfast very basic, not well attended to, not well heated and only till 9 AM. We got to the restaurant around 9:30 AM. There was some left over food but did not bother to eat, looking at the condition of things.
Hotel cleanliness and atmosphere : Ants, spiders and spider webs everywhere in the hotel. In fact, there was a huge spider in the web right outside our room. Very early in the morning, around 6 AM there was a horse neighing right outside our room, add to that the constant foot tapping of the horse. Supposedly the hotel let in a man and his horse to provide paid horse rides to the guests' kids, not realizing that other guests might get disturbed by this. Did not bother to use the pool after this experience. This hotel was grossly understaffed.
All in all an excellent property but very very poorly maintained. They can do much better...

Although I shouldn't expect too much here, it should be noted that the room is dirty, they rarely sweep the floor - they only do so when you check out and they don't even mop them well. The bathroom door is so close to the door such that if you walk barefoot to the toilet it will be dirty for your legs. The showering area is also not separated with the cubicle and so peeing or doing your business there will be disgusting. Not to mention that the mat is dirty and dusty hence unusable.
The breakfast food was not bad. To be fair, there's a balcony on the 2nd floor and its landscapes look OK. It's remarkable and memorable, but not that good. Just outstanding, you know. The TV is usable, and if you brought anything with an HDMI Out, that TV may be able to receive HDMI 1.0 - I didn't checked.
TL;DR Not recommended, poor hygiene. Find somewhere else cleaner, or just find a hotel in Bandung and go to Lembang early in...

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was satisfying. Although there was no air conditioner, the nighttime temperature in Lembang was cool enough. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel didn't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, but this wasn't an issue for me since I bring my own. One inconvenience was having to request hot water from the reception. I'd like to suggest a few improvements:
Adjust the water heater to prevent scalding hot water in the shower. Consider relocating rooms to minimize traffic noise, as I experienced noise until midnight. Regularly change the swimming pool water to maintain a healthier chlorine balance, as the current levels irritated my eyes.
On a positive note, my room had a lovely view of the...
