Cons: The management should not allow camping people turn on the sound system too loud especially after 9PM, it will surely disturb customers staying in villas The management should consistently check the cleanliness especially in bed room and bath room area, my room had very unpleasant smell from bath room

What can be considered: Would it be better if there are desks and chairs in the villa?Because there are none od them available Would it be better if there are more clear guidance for tracking area ("track jauh" is what the Marketing/Miss Nabila explained) since me and my fam couldn't find any single clue for it? Would it be better if there is aiphone (internal phone) in each villa to call to the front desk?

Overall: It's still a nice area to spend time with your fam in Lembang area but the management should improve in some critical points in order to upgrade customer...
