Really annoying staying here.

Firstly, the clerk was not friendly. We were greeted badly when we arrived tired, which was very frustrating.

Second, there is a loud cricket sound in the bathroom, can't sleep well!

Third, wah a mess bathroom! The shower was broken, so we took bath using a dipper. The worse things was the water is very hot! Cold water taps are dead! the water temperature can't be adjusted. If we want to take a bath, we had to cool the water first in a bucket.

PELAYANAN YANG SANGAT BURUK, SAYA SEDANG TIDUR SAMPAI DI KETUK 3 KALI, MENGGANGGU ISTIRAHAT TAMU!

Kronologi : Saya mau pulang dari tempat wisata menuju bandung kota kurang lebih pukul 12 malam, tadinya saya mau teruskan perjalanan itu tapi karna kecil kemungkinan dan takut berbahaya jg jd saya berubah pikiran UNTUK CARI HOTEL YG HANYA UNTUK SEKEDAR DUDUK MAKAN SAMBIL NUNGGU WAKTU SUBUH. Waktu awal pesan di apk tidak ada sama sekali di terangkan bahwa kapasitas kamar maksimal untuk 3 orang, kebetulan saya pada saat itu sedang bersama adik' saya jd total jumlah ada 4 orang. Ketukan pertama dari petugas hotel ok fine saya maklumi karna memang itu kesalahan saya, selang waktu bbrp menit saya menghampiri petugas hotel itu untuk berbicara bagaimana baiknya, HARUS SAYA TEGASKAN DISINI ALASAN SAYA KENAPA GAPESAN 2 KAMAR ITU KARNA SAYA HANYA MENUNGGU WAKTU SUBUH, SAYA PUN CHECK IN KURANG LEBIH DARI JAM SETENGAH 1 PAGI DAN UNTUK MENUJU WAKTU SUBUH ITU CUMA HANYA BEBERAPA JAM SAJA! Awalnya keputusan sudah fix DENGAN MENAMBAH UANG SEBESAR 60rb SAYA DAN ADIK' SAYA BISA DIAM DULU SAMPAI WAKTU SUBUH, TAPI SELANG BEBERAPA JAM PETUGAS HOTEL YANG PEREMPUAN DATANG LAGI DAN MENGELUARKAN PERKATAAN YANG SANGAT TIDAK ENAK, CONTOHNYA 'KAN ANDA JUGA BARUSAN MESAN KAMAR DENGAN HARGA MURAH?!!! HEI MBA SADAR DIRI DONG MEMANG KAMAR SEPERTI ITU SUDAH SESUAI SAMA HARGA YANG ADA, MASA KAMAR JELEK, KOTOR, BAU GITU MAU SAYA BAYAR SEHARGA DENGAN HOTEL' BINTANG 5?!!!! LAIN KALI MIKIR DONG MAS MBA SUDAH KAMAR JELEK, BAU, KOTOR, KASUR BANYAK BERCAK JOROKKKKK MINIMAL PELAYANAN...

I strongly recommend you to re-consider whether you should stay this hotel again and again if you’re looking for the hotel around here. This hotel has bunch of problems related to hygiene and horror stuff. When it turned to the night, I felt something strange and horror which is hard to explain. The entire room is completely unclean.
