RedDoorz Syariah @ Sakinah Guesthouse — Hotel in Java

I booked a room in this reddoorz hotel for 2 night stay from tiket.com. but, when I came, it said my name is not on the list system. even the staff helped me to check in first, they still have to confirmation from tiket.com and reddoorz. the staff asked if there is any e-mail or chats abour refund? because, there is some mistake about the price when I booked. I confused, tired after a long trip, mad at the same time and I called tiket.com about this. tiket.com staff response quickly and in 1 and half hour, they cleared the problem and called reddoorz main office to follow up to reddoorz where I booked. in the end, my name is on another reddoorz list in the same town. so, can you imagined that I have to moved at 19.30 pm with my luggage and I travel alone this time. maybe this is not sakinah guesthouse reddoorz fault. but, this problems made me upset. and loud noise from the people who had a video call at the hotel small dining room is exhausting. I can't even imagined how someone so careless about others in a public area even in the hotel spot. guest who wants to stay in here, might need to think twice before book a room. I'm not say that this hotel is horrible, but I can't tolerate the noise that those people made in some open spot. the bed is soft but not that comfortable. the tv is ok with netflix, but then again, I can't even hear and listen what I was watching with middle volume because of the loud noise. the owner might think again and re-evaluate their rules, so the guest can stay more comfortably without the noise. especially from other guest who had video call in the dining room. their voice is like they having a concert in all of the room. even in my room which in the back, and someone called from dining room which in the middle of the hall way. very disappointed. but thankfully, the other reedoorz which I moved...

Bedroom was OK, it had two bed strapped together to make a double. Bathroom was awful, not clean, no hot water, faucets that had not been cleaned since being installed (presumably a long time ago) which was quite grim. The bed was horrendous! When I sat on the bed before getting into it, the springs bottomed out and I nearly winded myself (I'm only 80kg). When I laid on the bed, it felt as though the support was not there in the middle, very noisy old springs. Very bad night's sleep, I would recommend people not...

Service was great, nice breakfast and the staffs was very kind and helpful.

Location is in the heart of the town, across the bus station, a minute walk away from the city center and in walking distance from the train station.

The room was nice. There is wifi, AC, smart TV with netflix and amenities which is refilled every day. The downside is that there are no air ventilation.

The bathroom was very good for the price range. Its clean, has hot water and generally doesn't look like a bathroom for that...
