The first time I got this information reoated to this place was by PegiPegi. For me, this place is quite simple and located closed to the recreational places such us Pusat Grosir Setono, Alun-alun Pekalongan, Plaza Pekalongan, Pekalongan Square, Museum Batik, Gereja Santo Petrus, Klenteng Po Anh Tian, etc. It is not hard to find the food around this place. The price itself was cheap. When I got myself stayed for around 4 days, some accident happen such us the flush from the toilet and also some trashes under the bed. But, after I tried to contact the owner of this place, I really appreciate their effort to give some temporary solutions, such us to lend me an ember and gayung to handle my toilet flush problem, and also to clean up the trashes under the bed. I guess, the problems itself come because the owner currently is old enough and the one who taking care of this place is their son, helped by some cleaning staff. So, if you are planning to stay at this place, I recommend you to have your time here. But, if you have some problems, do not hesitate to contact the owner and wait for their respond...
