Rumah Terraria One Stop Dog's Entertainment — Hotel in Java

When I was looking for boarding for my energetic boy, I looked for these, and Rumah Terraria met ALL! I would definitely have Taco board here again.

Cleanliness - The place was very well kept.

Communication and update - This was IMPORTANT for me. Rumah Terrariah updated me almost daily with a photo or video. When you ask them questions, they replied within that day.

Private - Each dog has its stall.

Facility - There were huge spaces for dogs to play including agility facilities and a pool!!

Staff - They loved each dog that came into their facility and were available to keep an eye out.

Playtime - They would intentionally put certain dogs with similar vibes together.

Transportation - They provide transportation with a fee.

Attention to detail - They ask questions on the first day to be aware of all the information. (Food amount, type of food, any allergies, medications, expectations, things to...

The go-to boarding place for my shiba for several reasons: the place is clean and huge with access to open air for most if not all of its kennels, it has better climate than Jakarta, it has clean big kennels (compared to other boarding places), it is very well-organized, the owner along with the head kennel boy and staff know their stuff, are friendly, and make themselves familiar with each dog, it has several grassy huge playgrounds, each dog gets taken out of their kennels twice a day, gets checked thoroughly before checking in to ensure the health and safety of every one. Indie eats well (compared to at home) and always seems happy to be here, plus Indie always comes home healthy with no problem whatsoever. That's proof enough for me.

Absolutely a wonderful dog hotel with a huge park/ playground for the dogs to play freely and safely. The kennels were really clean, spacious and very well maintained. The staffs were kind and experienced.. they take such great care of the dogs. They also give updates regularly with photos and videos, which was very reassuring as we were traveling. When we picked up Rocky, we could tell that he had a great time during his stay and was well taken care of.. Amazingly, being with many other dogs there has somehow desensitized him and making him much less reactive towards other dogs. Terraria would be our go to boarding place for Rocky for sure!...
