Warisan Heritage Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Java

I stayed at Warisan Heritage on 14-16 Oct 2019. They asked me to pay 50% of the price in advance prior to my arrival. On the arrival date they asked to pay another 50%. So on the 14th I already paid all 2 nights stayed. When check out I they only gave me two bills hotel with the same date and same price (14th Oct) I asked for a total two days bill in one page or at least make a bill for the 15th, so I would have 2 bills with different date. Surprisingly, they said it's in the system that print out the bill they gave me. So, where is the 15th payment go?? Since I need the two days bill as I paid for the 14 and 15 Oct, the made it out if the system but I have to pay for the print out and mail- delivered fee. Gosh what kind of management this hotel has...I will not visit that place again besides it location far from city and no public transportation or supermarket/ place to eat or to visit...

Like the hotel, this charming restaurant presents many delightful surprises. Although the owner-architect build is new, it thoughtfully integrates recycled wooden panels and antiques and is set in a pretty garden. The restaurant features magnificent timber poles from an old Chinese residence from West Java, antique Javanese masks and ceramics. The food is also beautifully prepared and presented. We don't normally eat at a hotel restaurant when we travel, but we were won by our our first late meal. We had a range of subtly spiced dishes - ayam kamangi, delicious rich ribs - Iga Bakar Sambal Ijo and there were plenty of terrific vegetarian options for my daughter. It’s one of the tranquil and quiet hotel in Solo I ever stayed I guess. The resort only have 12 rooms which make the place so quiet and semi private. |Me and my family love the ambience so much, feels like we’re in village. |The room is spacious, we have a joglo room which very private and quiet. |But the thing is the hotel not provide enough clothes hanger to hanging our clothes. |The bathroom is nice, with the bathtub made from natural stone, quiete unique and it’s huge bathtub, me and my 2 kids can come in there.
