Le Premiere Hotel — Hotel in Jayapura

Public areas, lobby, restaurant are clean but the rooms...I spent in total almost 8 months in there because it was near to my work site. The cleanliness is a total failure, it doesn't exist in the rooms, I also posted several photos from the staircase where steroid roaches died and left laying around for several days untouched. The manager lady promised to give me a discount upon check out, which always was postponed to the final checkout but the day before yesterday when I asked about it she offered me one day free stay abd she and her two colleagues laughed me out ironically. Absolute disrespect of the guest. I paid daily rate for 8 months, leaving there money equivalent to about USD 8000, never got even basic service. No wifi, Indonesian TV channels available and Fox Movies when no rain. After rain it didn't work for a few days. Nat Geo, which I considered as the only relatively informative and inyeresting channel, was available during the first few days, after that it was changed to CNN Indonesia, which was little of excitement. And, during the last 3 days it was given back to me again. It means that they could have provided that channel during my whole stay if they wanted but deliberately cut it off from me, despite several requests from me. Then I just gave up requesting it again. On the last day, 25 March 2018 when I asked how much my bill would be I was told 11 250 000 Rp, because they did not find my transfer done 13. March 2018 and had the screenshot of transfer confirmation from BCA. I consider it as a trial to claim double payment from me, for it is a bit strange that the amount was nor seen by anyone nearly two weeks after the transfer. All in, this hotel was my absolute worst experience in all over Indonesia, where you usually hospitality is taken more seriously trying to provide good service even if not always perfect. I think the management is the bad one. Somehow bad character, not fitting to...

Saya beberapa kali menginap di hotel ini dan sekali menginap biasanya beberapa hari.||Lokasinya ada di tengah-tengah antara Abepura dan Jayapura, jadi kalau mau ke Abe lumayan dekat (sekitar 15 menit -- bukan naik angkot/taksi) dan kalau mau ke Jayapura juga cukup dekat (hampira sama, sekitar 15 menit).||Kamar ada jendelanya, walaupun ketika dibuka yang nampak adalah tembok bata bangunan sebelah, tetapi setidaknya angin masih bisa masuk sedikit.||Tidak ada kulkas di dalam kamar, sendok untuk membuat minuman juga tidak ada. Selain itu ada kamar yang AC nya tidak berfungsi baik sehingga panas sekali -- akhirnya minta pindah kamar.||Breakfast sayangnya kurang atau bahkan tidak bervariasi -- setiap hari menunya nasi goreng dan bubur ayam. Selain itu channel TV nya juga antara ada dan tiada, lebih banyak channel CCTV front yard nya :D||||Teman saya sayangnya punya pengalaman buruk dengan layanan laundry nya.. semua bajunya terkena noda dari pakaian lain tapi petugas tidak menginformasikan hal ini (baju dilipat rapi sehingga teman saya tidak menyadarinya).||||Tapi lumayanlah kalau mau dijadikan alternatif ketika singgah di Jayapura, tapi jangan lupa cek...

Dari beberapa kali saya menginap di budget hotel di Jayapura, Le Premiere inilah yang paling pas menurut saya. Dimulai dari kamar harga 400 ribuan, kita sudah bisa dapatkan kamar cukup nyaman disana. Sebagai catatan saja, hotel ini tidak menerima pembayaran via gesek kartu, buat gantinya dekat hotel ini banyak anjungan ATM berbagai bank. Memang sayang banyak kamar yang tidak ada jendela sama sekali. Menu breakfast juga lumayan, tapi jangan harap banyak tersedia variasi menu seperti hotel berbintang. Lokasinya di Entrop memudahkan akses baik menuju ke kota Jayapura maupun Abepura. Buat yang suka clubbing, tinggal nyebrang sudah ada kawasan clubbing ala Jayapura. Untuk makanan kaki lima banyak pilihan di sekitar hotel, cuma bagi yang belum pernah ke jayapura ada baiknya menanyakan harga...
