Upon arrival, I was greeted by the faded charm of the lobby, where the decor seemed to have stood still since the early '90s. The staff here are very friendly, always willing to help and answer any questions even if they don’t always understand English, they use translate and very friendly to help and give advice on travelling.|The hotel restaurant is very cheap prices and good food. The rooms are spacious and luxurious (I stayed at Executive Suite). The staff went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and made my stay at Grand Valonia unforgettable.
