Update Review Answer : Setting it was cold . You blame me like it's my fault, this is not nice answer. Even you didn't answer why backside Fan unit directly coming to the chair. I gave for everything 5 star but just because of this answer i cut 1 star. It's not professional answer. This is Indonesia 24 hour hot all people know for AC which setting Hot which Setting Cold. I also didn't say but after this answer i can add 1 more things. At the reception, when we check in and out there was a girl it's super sad ,never smile ,she was not welcoming, because of that receptionist my mode changed

Room is so good luxury and big , hotel also so nice there is a bar and restaurant, employee also nice specially who service breakfast. Breakfast menu number1 is amazing. All is perfect just big problem is room so hot even AC working 24 hr but still hot . That AC not enough for that room number 309. We couldn't enjoy stay at room, we can't relax . They must find solution for that. Room is so hot , that is number 1 important things, outside also burning we just coming to room but room also hot , totally we couldn't so enjoy at our stay.Sun directly coming to room. Front and back side there is a light but i couldn't find how to close it. Light coming to room at night . Backside have a chair to sit and relaxing but another room unit fan directly coming to there it's mean double hot . We also can't sit back side for enjoying. Sun just directly coming to number 309 from front and back side also another room unit fan hot coming there to us also , we stuck between hot, non stop im sweating even toilet more...

I have had the pleasure of staying here multiple times and conversing with the friendly staff. I love the unique shaped rooms with the following amenities including: internet, tv, mini fridge, AC unit that quickly cools, office/working area, numerous universal outlets, robe and slippers, laundry service, massage on request, coffee/tea/water with glasses/cups, fresh fruit and CHOCOLATE BARS, comfortable bedding along with peaceful inside and outside sitting areas. The "Eat and Greet" restaurant/bar is top notch. Every meal I've had is scrumptious and the numerous flavors of ice cream for dessert are delicious. The view from the restaurant balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the Java Sea. Lets not forget the refreshing pool with beautiful landscaping throughout the resort. Dear Lucca Hotel team, this is our first time spending 1 night in Jepara and Lucca hotel welcome us quite good actually. The location is quite remote but it’s relaxing and calm. The hotel combine the modern building with nature which is actually quite important for the environment. The price is decent about 500k rupiah for double bed room per night. Service is good you could ask/request for additional service via whatsapp. It’s quite responsive during the evening but i have to admit it is slow responding during early morning. The food is ok, typical hotel food, pricy but the taste is ok. I give 4* due to improvement required in the bathroom section. The wall of the bathroom is supposed to be dried and clean.
