Last night, while I was sound asleep, I was suddenly woken up in shock because someone knocked on my door. It turned out to be a front office staff and a security officer, claiming they were checking rooms for the event committee and competition participants.

Without confirming properly, they even opened my door, only to casually say it was the wrong room. There was no urgent matter, yet they disturbed the comfort of a guest who was resting. Very very bad service.
