GTV Hotel & Service Apartments — Hotel in Kabupaten Bekasi

Stayed here for 2 nights for business purpose. The staffs were all polite and friendly. Especially in the restaurant, they were all very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and nice. Sleeping quality was good. The breakfast was ok. It was merely Japanese breakfast, but the variations from day to day were good. Compliment to the chefs! I tried the room service as well which was good. ||The gym facility was not good. The all in body workout machine was not very user friendly. I tried to workout but didn't enjoy it. If you have extra budget, please put some dumbells at least.||The only questionable experience was when I checked out, the receptionist tried to charge me for the early check in I did. Room type standard apartment was really nice, I choose the room and give a notes with Tamami for more Japanese ambience ,high floor would be great for the view. For cleanliness room 8,5/10, for activity area like swimming pool,gym and ofuro 7/10 ,breakfast SOOOO GOOD 9,5/10 Soo Japanese authentic,chicken katsu Don is da bomb,and also miso soup so good.they have Indomie stall and you can choose fried noodle or soup noodles. This is a hidden gem in the midst of an industrial area. A great contemporary place to stay, eat, relax or meet for business trips. However the meeting rooms are limited in capacity. The rooms has large windows so the average size Japanese modern urban styled business hotel rooms, feels spacious. Well managed and the Japanese restaurant on the ground floor is delicious yet affordable.
