Harper Cikarang — Hotel in Kabupaten Bekasi

It looks small from the Outside, but its Architectural Style will take your breath away. All the Rooms from the "Superior" to the "Superior deluxe” (the only ones i tried so far) are clean, offer a lot Space and a modern minimalistic design. But the good Experience starts when you arrive. The Staff opens your Car door, smiles at you with an honest smile and unloads your suitcases. While to check in at the nice reception and enjoy the quality free snacks and drinks you get offered the Staff prepares your Room and brings the Suitcases up. After 3-5 Minutes you receive 2 RFID Cards that you need to scan on the elevator to get to your Etage and scan it on your door to get in your Room. One card must stay in a cardholder next to the lightswitches so the Room got Power. Each room got a Shower, Toilet, Window (locked), mini fridge, universal Electric wall plug with USB Charging, closet, Hangers for suits, Watercoker, glases, cups, Tea, Coffee and Water for free!!! The Breakfast 6-10 o'clock (mostly till 9:50) is surprisingly the best lokal food you can get arround there! (Fried Rice, cooked Rice, nuddle, Sushi, Porridge, Soto Ayam Soup, Chicken fried, grilled, Omelette, some awesome local food that changes every day, like gado gado , tufu, tempe....a bread and cereal Station and 4-5 fresh Juices and more). It got a hot bath ONZEN, half outside half inside pool a little Gym and daily room service. The Staff is very, very nice and treated me liie a King. Harper Cikarang is a four-star hotel south of the Cikarang Industrial Zone, east side of the city of Lippo Cikarang, offering a sensation of elegant and luxurious stay, with a rural atmosphere in the mid of the crush of busy industrial cities and metropolises. From the room windows or balconies, you can see a beuatiful view in the nights, seeing lights of the house and building is just like watching many fireflies covering the dark wide field.

It is suitable for those of you who want to find a calm atmosphere, but can still move to pursue all the work that needs to be completed. Although it is fairly new and it's in a less crowded environment, this hotel is opposite to a shophouse that has many mini markets, restaurants, ATM centers and banking services.

The luxurious design, neat, clean and organized, and friendly and profesional hotel staff services are also the hallmarks of this hotel. Although the parking lot is quite limited, but the lobby room quite comportable for many guest, whose wait for reservations completed.

But, it seems that visitors should be accustomed to ordering online transportation here, because there's no public transportation passed through the lane in front of the hotel.

For the taste of the food here is fairly standard, if it's not appropriate to say it's special. But for laundry services, room services, minibar, and wifi connection is OK. Harper Hotel in Lippo Cikarang, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations, particularly because I am accustomed to higher standards from other superior hotels. Although this hotel charges premium prices, the overall experience and amenities do not justify the cost.

One of the more noticeable shortcomings was in the bathroom setup. Essential items such as face towels and hand towels were missing, which is unusual for a hotel that aims to provide a high level of service. Additionally, the decision to use a combined soap and shampoo dispenser felt more characteristic of a lower-tier hotel, detracting from the overall sense of quality.

The air conditioning system, which is centrally controlled, also posed an issue. Despite setting it to a chilly 18 degrees Celsius at night for comfort, I woke up to find it had automatically adjusted to 24 degrees. This inconsistency in temperature control can lead to discomfort, particularly for guests sensitive to such changes.
