Puri KIIC Golf View Hotel — Hotel in Karawang

So apparently it's a homestay hotel. They have long stay guests or like me weekend guests and even day golf guests.

This place is JAPANESE. AND I MEAN JAPANESE 🤣 I was greeted endlessly in Japanese, mind you, I am Indonesian but yes, due to golf, I am looking like a sunburned Northern Asian.

The hotel has plenty to offer: man Japanese bath hair salon non room massage pool gym fully stocked minimart ATM free shuttle to Palm Springs golf / Delonix Hotel / Lotus Lakes Golf / some selected malls

The view from my room? I LOVE IT!!! I can see other players going to putt in the hole just across my room.

Everything here is just as you would expect from a Japanese centric premise, clean, all functional and everyone polite.

IMO, come here as a couple and get a retreat, play at the golf ranges at a low cost and go back to the room to have a dip in the tub. The surroundings are just serene and takes you away from the hustle of the city - it's only 1 hour away from Jakarta or even Bandung.

For the golers, if you drive on your own, it's a good idea to take Tuesday / Weds / Thurs and play at the 3 golf clubs in the area! I mean, tell you boss: will be coming to office on Monday and Friday but will be "working @ home" Tues - Thurs 😅🤣😜

It has a very nice atmosphere since located 500 meters from main road. I got high floor and saw a green scenery of golf field from my window. There were sclupture, classic paintings and wood furnitures at my room with complete amenities, except wardrobe and safety box. Since it's not essential for me, that's not a matter. Some drawers in the toilet can replace the function of wardrobe. The rooms are designed in style of Japanese and Balinese art, so many things in the rooms are organized very well and elegant. I call it japanese hotel because mostly the guests are japanese people. Every sign and notice are written in bahasa, english, and japanese language. Even newspapers, tabloids, books also televisions at lobby and restaurant broadcast any japanese television channels. All staffs have good manners, quite friendly, kind, and helpful. Almost elements here are managed very well. Just one thing that I suggest to Moslem visitors before having meal is they should asking first if it's halal or not, because there is no name or sign for the meal. The price is worthy...

Nice hotel with friendly staff even the security guard is very helpfull and kind. Recommended hotel for staying at karawang with reasonable price. Most of the visitor is japanese. Thus this hotel is managed with japanese style, all the staff probably can talk japanese, all the book and sign in indonesia, english and japanese and the food also japanese cuisine. You will find books and newspaper in the lobby are in kanji. But there is Indonesian style also in this hotel where you can find picture and carving with balinese style. This hotel has been certified with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 whis is rare for A Hotel but it make this hotel very tidy and well manage. The minus is only about the food where for moslem visitor you have to becarefull when eat the breakfast because not all the food being sign, so we dont know if the food is halal or not better asking...
