Bugbug Beach Resort — Hotel in Kecamatan Karangasem

The best hotel we have been to in Bali and not only in Bali. Located right on the beach 30 meters from the sea. Beautiful and very well maintained area. The owners are Europeans, which affected everything. Friendly, helpful and smiling staff. Very clean and spacious rooms with very good repair, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, mosquito nets everywhere, there are even umbrellas from the rain (when we lived every night it rained). Very good plumbing, hot water around the clock. Our room had a kitchen with everything we needed, with all kinds of glasses and plates. Very good mattresses and pillows, snow-white linen. The bedrooms (in our room there were two) are decorated with figurines, paintings and lamps, there are wardrobes and a safe. We came for one night but we loved it and stayed here for 8 days until the end of the holiday. Near one of the best beaches in Bali, 10 minutes drive by local road. The hotel can rent a scooter at an attractive price. We had Breakfast and dinner at the hotel: portions are large, cook delicious, beautiful dishes and appliances. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail made with quality and love, it feels. We were delighted.

Лучший отель из всех, в которых мы были на Бали и не только на Бали. Расположен прямо на берегу в 30 метрах от моря. Красивая и очень ухоженная территория. Хозяева европейцы, что сказалось во всем. Доброжелательный, отзывчивый и улыбчивый персонал. Очень чистые и просторные номера с очень хорошим ремонтом, всё продумано до мелочей, везде москитные сетки, есть даже зонты от дождя (когда мы жили каждый вечер был дождь). Очень хорошая сантехника, горячая вода круглосуточно. В нашем номере была кухня со всем необходимым, со всеми видами бокалов и тарелок. Очень хорошие матрасы и подушки, белоснежное бельё. Спальни (в нашем номере их было две) декорированы статуэтками, картинами и лампами, есть шкафы и сейф. Мы приехали на одну ночь, но нам очень понравилось и мы остались здесь на 8 дней до конца отпуска. Рядом один из лучших пляжей Бали, ехать 10 минут по местной дороге. В отеле можно взять скутер на прокат по привлекательной цене. Мы завтракали и ужинали в отеле: порции большие, готовят вкусно, красивая посуда и приборы. There were a lot of places and there is something to compare with, but this was not in any hotel. I won’t write for a long time, this is my first review and I hope the last one, and the impressions are mostly negative (I just want people not to get into such conditions! I booked through agoda page and got a confirmation. Arrived today at 8pm tired and they told me i have no booking. The manager literally said I had no booking and get out of his resort. I also called the owner in the Netherlands and explained him what happened. He did not apologize! Very antipathic people who treat badly their employees as well - the manager was thretening the receptionist who invited us inside to take a seat and call the owner.
