Stayed here on 3 occasions. The hotel is strategically located in west Palu - particularly helpful if your business is somewhere between Palu and Donggala. Stay in the hotel, not in the villa. Hotel's breakfast is superb. Villa's breakfast is worse than mediocre. Room-order meals are above average: they satisfy your tummy without burning a hole in your wallet. If you're an early sleeper, this is not for you. The hotel's live music stops being noisy by 10 or 11 pm. Or else you can sleep in the villa. Read moreThe hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying...
