This homestay is definitely a recommended place. They are not located right at the heart of the city but it is still pretty close around 5km.
The owner is really friendly! We arrived around 9 pm and the owner is really quick to prepare the room and helping us settle. The wifi is pretty adequate. The room is spacious and pretty cheap (Executive room 250k). The room is clean. The TV channel have some good options as well. They have generator set as well to back up if there is a power failure.
