Mafana Seaside Hotel — Hotel in Kelurahan Apengsembeka

For 2 people, the twin room is quite small, but for that price, it makes sense. It's quite worth it for the price; I stayed 2 days before going to another hotel... if I were travelling on a budget, I would be fine staying here longer.

The linens seem clean, and the facilities are basic but it works (shower has hot water but low-pressure).

Staff are very helpful and friendly. There's drinking water provided, along with free breakfast (a little basic, but there's rice, egg, fish and sambal).

It's on the main road but not loud, and there's an affiliated café / restaurant...

I don't have pictures of the room, unfortunately but here is the view from the balcony. The room was nice and clean, I stay in their suite (it's new) so everything was modern. Nicest hotel in Tahuna. Visited on the end of August 2022. The room was nice, modest and comfy. However, do not expect too much for a hotel located in an outer island. Bfast menu is so so, traditional local menu are served.
