SACCA RESIDENCE & RESTO — Hotel in Kelurahan Prailiu

The hotel looks good from the outside but once you're in the room, things would quickly turn upside down. Got a room which smelt so damp and stale we had to keep the door and windows open for 30 minutes. Then we found out (after we closed the door and windows) that the AC didn't work and only blew air. We were then moved to another room with a better AC, but had possibly the worst hotel bathroom I have seen in my life (and I used to stay at hostels). The mirror, the shower head, and all the taps were rusty, wash basin tiles were broken, and the pipe wasn't even connected to the sewage system. Everything just poured onto the floor. Yuck!||Adding to the above, the plug point wasn't secured to the wall and the AC system leaked onto the chair outside. Shocking would be an understatement. ||If anything good can be said about this hotel, the owner seemed nice (but obviously didn't care enough about their guests' wellbeing) and the breakfast spread would be suitable for an early lunch.||Needless to say, I would never return and would strongly discourage anyone from...

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The owner very unfriendly. I tried to smile to her but she never greeted her guests. The staff can’t speak english. || ||My 1st room on room #202 the room is smelly. the fan in the bathroom was damaged and caused noise until it was heard throughout the hotel. The comb provided has hair and not replaced with a new one. After complaint 3 times they gave me new room with upgrade to deluxe.||But on my room #210 the sink was leacked. And next store if the night burns the garbage beside the hotel. The smell gets in to the room. ||Next night the room i was staying in would be occupied by someone else. They asked me to move.||On room #207 was good. But the bathroom door can’t be closed tightly. ||||The AC is good, the wifi can’t work until the rooms only at restaurant.||The breakfast so so.||||If you want to rent a motor bike, ask the receptionist. On first sight the rooms ar quiet clean...many flowers and plants all around...second impression was..the owner and staff are seemingly caring more about this plants as of the rooms and Guest.|The Bathroom is dirty..you can see and feel it on the ceramics and the spiderwebs in every corner.|The Aircon is absolutely done...need some frion refill i guess...we put it on 16 degrees but all we got was 22 degrees....|The Food in the Resto...i dont get how ppl can write that it is good...everything from noodle to meat to squid was drowning in sweet sweet sweet sauce...like in an candystore...the Chairs in the Resto been full of Dust and only two ppl out of 10 of the staffcrew been attentive.|As Travelagents we ve been looking for accomodation to host our Guests...Sacca Residence isnt an...
