One of the worst experience with a hotel in my life.

Was looking for a hotel near haluoleo University for a business trip and found this hotel because of the name, which actually 4 kilometers away from haluoleo university. The location is 8 kilometers from the heart of Kendari which means you can get lots of better hotel within radius 4 kilometers in the city.

When arrived, the room that we booked for the date (the family room) is used by another person because they extended their stay. After about an hour arguing, they finally give us 2 rooms (fyi my team consist of 3 person and in the application we were booking said the family room is for 3 people). So we thought it would be ok, since we were all exhausted (we got lots of baggages of equipments for shooting, and we were in flight all night)

So they gave us the keys and told us where our rooms are, but they didn't even help us with the luggages. What an excellent service they got there. Well, maybe they don't like us after arguing? So whatever, we brought all our luggages up to second floor to find our rooms. (they don't have elevator)

After all those dramas, finally we can rest well, we thought. Unfortunately the rooms are dark, dirty, full of dust, the water heater not working well, and we got lots of bugs and spider as companions. It was suck, but we were all too exhausted to complain. So we cleaned up the bed from bugs and spider then had a rest.

I woke up later on with my dust allergy started. We finally decided to move to another hotel although we had booked this hotel for 4 days. It's better than getting sick in a business trip.

So we checked out, and we finally meet the hotel manager. What really amazing is the fact that she's not apologizing but scolded us by saying that we are in the wrong because they have rule saying that 1 room is for 2 guests only. Hellooo? The app says that the room is for 3 people (we have the booking evidence) and the guest who extended and got our room is a family consist of 5!

Thank you for ruining our trip, hopefully no other guest will have to go through bad experience like what happened to us.

dari Universitas Haluoleo masih 4 KM, masih mending cari hotel di pusat kota. makanan gampang cari. kalau di pusat kota jaraknya juga kurang lebih 4 KM. kamarnya kotor, dapet handuk yang robek, berdebu sampe alergiku kambuh. kamar yang kita pesan tidak tersedia karena ada orang yang extend (Family Room dan diisi oleh 5 orang keluarga) akhirnya dikasih 2 kamar oleh orangnya, besok siangnya di omongin sama managernya "salah pesen, family room buat 2 orang" padahal jelas2 di aplikasi buat 3 orang, lagian mana ada orang bikin spesifikasi nama dan isi family Room tapi buat 2 orang. hahahaha. yang isi kamar waktu kita dateng juga 5 orang (Bapak, Ibu dan 3 orang anak). masih ga habis pikir kok bisa kita udh pesen 4 hari sejak 3-4 hari sebelum kedatangan. ada yang extend tapi dikasih. kaya ada pesanan kamar tapi ga dibaca. malah susah cari makan disana. Bener-bener ga rekomendasi, kamar dan service bener2 buruk banget. mending cari di kota...

Tidak ada resepsionis yang standby ketika saya tiba. Padahal masih siang, menunggu sekitar 5 menit baru datang. Resepsionis tidak ramah, bicaranya juga kurang jelas. Sampai di kamar, lantai berdebu, kusen tempat tidur berdebu, jendela banyak sarang laba2. Sprei dan handuk looked not sterilized and been a long time sitting there. Shower mandi bagus, airnya kencang, meskipun shower wc bocor but it's tolerable. Colokan yang free cuma 1, letaknya dibawah meja, jauh dari bed. Resepsionis malam hari lebih parah lagi, karyawan baru dan kaya ga dapet pelatihan, bahkan ga tau nomor extension resepsionis. Memang harga menginapnya murah, tapi saya pikir harusnya pelayanannya jauh lebih baik dari ini. Suitable for only one...
