Sutan Raja Hotel Kotamobagu — Hotel in Kotamobagu

Last night i stay there The biggest hotel in kotamobagu with huge lobby Spacious parking and helpful staff I love room view to mountain Overall all the room was good,spacious too but need maintenance i thought like bathroom,door(broken) and AC(not cool) Breakfast was good with many variety Updated:today,went again(this is my third time if im not mistaken) then i arrived at 12pm and ask to check in.front desk told me that check in time @ 2 pm,the room not ready yet.even i told that i will early check in tomorrow he still cant allow me to early check in.i saw at parking area only 1 car.how poor and terrible your service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.i knew people didnt have choice hotel in kotamobagu because your hotel only one the biggest and famous one This is my first time in indonesia cant early check in.btw your face staff at front desk really not showing how should be.process check in takes 10min 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️.and your reply on google review just like template.calm down im still will choose sutanraja in when i go to kotamobagu(if any hotel 3 star in kotamobagu i will choose) One more:i ask room mountain side but you give me city side 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.really...

If staying in Kotamobagu I would certainly say to stay here, staff are very helpful and it’s clearly the best hotel in the area. That said the WiFi was awful on the 4th floor, I did ask at reception if anything could be done about it. They advised somebody would come to my room, that was the last I heard about it.||Breakfast is fine, but if the hotel is busy you need to be there early as they do seem to run out of food.||The restaurant outside of breakfast wasn’t great, I had a cheeseburger which was really poor and Mie Bakso which was also not good. I ordered the soup in the restaurant and after 30 minutes (with nobody else there) I asked where my food was. They then went into the kitchen and brought it to me, clearly having forgotten all about it.||The room was a good size, and clean. Housekeeping were polite and efficient.||There is a store outside and a decent place to eat called...

If i can give no star or minus, i will! We arrived at 3pm and the room isn’t ready, after wait for almost an hour they gave us room but there was still people inside. We booked two rooms under family booking, they can only provide one....and no solution given until we asked for extra bed. On c/o they top-up the agreed price and no staff admit the price they’ve mentioned and agreed with our family. When asked for the on-duty manager, the person was having a day off (on weekend during full occupancy - ??!!) There are other hotels around the area that i believed provide much better service and honest price, you better choose others. I’ve read some reviews mentioned that their service level is sadly getting worse. Unfortunately they think they are the best hotel in town, well with such service the reputation soon will go...
