The black building with light red brick ornaments attracts the eye every time you pass it, Neo Hotel by Aston, only 7 minutes drive from El Tari airport, the right hotel choice for those who want to quickly rest.|The hotel lobby feels warm with black and light brown ornaments, with art installations in several corners, the check-in process is fast, and without any delivery from the concierge, we feel comfortable because hotel access uses a card, which provides privacy.|music playing quietly along the hallway, friendly greetings from the hotel staff, every time we passed them, they took us to the deluxe room, gray and white nuances, woven cloth wall decorations, it looked luxurious and elegant||all the facilities, amenietics, heater, coffee and tea, we were tired... but we went back out of the room to fill up on water...|deluxe with sea room, we were sad because the beautiful view outside the balcony was blocked by a fence, we tried to contact the hotel to change rooms, if there was an empty room, we just couldn't because maybe at that time the hotel was full.|evening view, with swimming pool, well maintained garden, we ordered the menu, prawns in Padang sauce, grilled ribs, oxtail soup, all these dishes tasted delicious, plus the weather was sunny that afternoon ||smart tv , we thought we could watch neflix ...but this service is not available yet,|night experience, which was annoying when going to take a shower the hot water didn't flow properly, in fact it wasn't really hot, even though we wanted to relieve fatigue, the engine came after 10 minutes, checked and we were asked to flush the water, the bathroom ended up wet, with water splashing everywhere where, the bathmath was also wet, we called the hotel again to ask for help cleaning up the bathroom, but the housekeeping staff only brought the bathmath, without cleaning up the large amount of remaining water... should we also do that?, even though the hot water has been fixed it still doesn't work well, and that's annoying, the mirror near the work desk, not wiped enough, behind the TV with forgotten dust.||breakfast to start the day, there are lots of western menus, and local menus, things are different from the omelette and instant noodle dishes, the restaurant is quite busy, because there is an event going on, the taste of the food is not like what we ordered, less seasoned, especially, the door The closed one adds a narrow impression.||Hopefully on another visit, this hotel can offer entertainment on Saturday nights, as friends for drinking beer and coffee, in the evening, the restaurant closes earlier, rather than the coffee shop, helped by the choice of snacks and drinks for those of us who still want to chat.||Hopefully Neo Aston management will further improve service in all aspects, to provide the best...

I had an unforgettable experience at Neo Hotel Eltari Kupang when I stayed there for 4 days. The staff are friendly, honest, helpful and dependable. The manager and general manager were very responsive when I told them that I lost my favorite shoes. They worked hard for two days to locate the shoes and by using their excellent security system, they found out that the shoes actually were not with me when I checked in because I thought that the shoes were attached to my backpack. Apparently I dropped my shoes before I get into the hotel (my bad). The general manager and her team were very patient with me even when I lost my temper (again, my bad). Through this experience, I realized that this hotel are supported by honest people that give their best effort to ensure that their guests have the best time there. I also learned that their security systems are very good. This hotel have a great general manager, she is kind, dependable and a great leader. The staff: manger, receptionist, room boy are dependable, kind, trustworthy, and professional. I will definitely stay in this hotel...

I don’t give it 5 stars just because the internet sucks. I went there to work as they said high speed internet was available but it is a lie. Couldn’t work at all. Complete disaster. Although the IT guy was awesome, very helpful and proactive, the issue wasn’t fixed during my 4 nights there. Staff: everyone there is super friendly. Some can speak a fairly English. Room: great, spacious and clean. Sheets were super clean and tidy. Kettle provided but no hair dryer. Nice bathroom. Cleaned daily if wanted. Hot water and ac worked perfectly. Swimming pool was ok but needed to be better cleaned. Having some chairs for sun bath would be a big improvement. Gym: very basic, I wouldn’t even call it a gym actually. Location: close to the airport but you can still find local restaurants, convenience stores and atms just across the street. Breakfast is great and very complete, even with western options. Free water for refill. Loved that they don’t use plastic bottles! If you don’t need internet, I would recommend it. However I...
