RedDoorz Plus @ Krishna Homestay Kupang — Hotel in Kupang

Worst experience of our whole trip in Indonesia. The manager is super rude and aggressive. They gave us a price when we checked-in but then asked us to pay the double in the middle of our 2 nights stay, saying they made a mistake, and that the announced price didn’t match hotel regulations. The manager didn’t want to take responsibility for this mistake, didn’t offer any solution (literally zero - no discount, nothing), and then threatened to report us to immigration (??? - No idea why since we didn’t do anything wrong) if we didn’t want to pay. We left for a new hotel right after this. There are so many caring and kind people in Indonesia that it would be a mistake coming to this hotel giving business to...

Honestly an amazing hotel for its price point. The location is pretty close to the old town. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooms are spacious and most importantly, very clean. The hot water is also working. They have free WiFi but the signal is very weak inside my room, I had to sit in the smoking room in order to connect reliably.

Note that they do not provide toilet papers which is a huge problem for foreigners, luckily I had some tissues myself. They also don't provide soap...

Homestay rasa hotel bintang sih, pelayanannya ramah, bersih banget, mana murah lagi, fasilitasnya gak main-main, mandinya bisa milih air anget ato' dingin.. kalau ke Kupang lagi ini Uda jadi pilihan Patent sih untuk kami keluarga pribadi.....
