Rinjani Hill Hotel — Hotel in Lombok

Absolute Dissapointment for a very expensive "Hotel" for 30€!!! I trusted the Google Reviews but have been confronted with a dirty, moldy and totally unorganized Hotel.

Watch Out: Nobody is speaking English, so we had to use Google Translator for communication, which didn't work...

When we arrived by pouring rain for our checkIn at 3pm, the whole crew was sleeping and we had to wait 10min till somebody was ready to talk to us. But that was only the beginning. Crew was not ready for guests as there was no room for me and my girlfriend to check-in so they asked us to wait for them to clean a used room. After a while and us complaining, we were able to get into a moldy twin bed room.

Do yourself a favor and try to find...

I stayed here in Feb 2023. I was desperately looking for a hotel to stay in that day and the driver suggested I stay in this hotel.

Room: dirty even they just cleaned up the room. I literally found dust, hair and trash underneath the bed.

Toilet: water heater was not functioning at all. The water flow just heat for some s: poor, no water heater provided. I've to walk to a kitchen (q registration counter) to have hot water. econd then it turns cold. With the weather that already cold, then you go bath with cold water? 💁🏻‍♀️

Wifi : poor wifi

Rooms amenities: poor. No water heater was provided.

Scenery: they have a very good landscape and view and you can see the Rinjani during...

This hotel located on a strategic spot, with a really stunning view of rinjani and hills. Room, there's need to be a lot of improvement on the room cleanness, even tho they said its already been cleaned the room still feel dusty and there's a lot of marks on the bed sheet. Food taste oki but nothing special, and the cleanness of the cutlery need to be improved too. Staffs were friendly and really helpful, but need some improvement too, because there's one time the staff serve the breakfast while still having cigarettes on his mouth. Overall, Rinjani hill is recommended if you want to have a nice stay...
