Villa NAMU Lombok — Hotel in Lombok

Our time at Villa Namu has been SO SO Amazing! The day we arrived all the staff were very welcoming! Upon arriving, Maria helped us settle in, she showed us around our Villa, answered any questions we had and made us feel super comfortable and at home 😊 Throughout our stay, everyone was super friendly and helpful, and we always enjoyed having a chat with the staff and especially the security guards!😁 Maria, Windy and Nasip had perfect English and would always answer any questions that we had throughout our month stay, not to mention they were super friendly, helpful and professional 😊 Whenever we needed something (either extra bin-bags or more beach towels) they would attend to the matter promptly. Windy, Nasip and all the other security guards were always so helpful and friendly. Windy, Nasip and the staff would happily help us out if we needed a lift somewhere into town, which made our stay a lot easier. As for cleaning and laundry, it was as easy as texting Maria and she would organise a time that would best suit us. When we needed water, the team would deliver it promptly. Our month-long stay at Bamboo House in Villa Namu was amazing, and saying goodbye was bittersweet as it truly became our home away from home. The design of the house is very open, and we were concerned about the wildlife coming in (particularly at night time) but it was never really a problem as there were nets around the beds and at times just sprayed insect repellant.However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff, who were kind, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure our needs were always promptly taken care of. Villa Namu is one of the best villas in Kuta Mandalika Lombok I have visited. The ambience is extremely relaxing surrounded by views of hills and trees. At night, I can hear the calm sounds of nature which is very comfortable while sleeping. In the morning, I heard many beautiful bird sounds. The design is attractive with some wood accents. The sofa and bed are very comfortable. A minibar area is a comfy place for eating, drinking and doing work activities. The lighting provides quite a lot of lighting options.
